Frequently asked questions
The essentials in short: API key safety, supported exchanges, access during the closed beta, pricing and data privacy. Missing an answer — write to us via the contact form.
01What is PnLTrack?
PnLTrack is a trading journal and analytics tool for crypto traders. You connect your exchanges via read-only API keys, trades sync automatically, and from there you get a diary, trading plans, backtests, statistics, habit tracking and a way to find the systemic mistakes in your trading.
02Is it safe to connect my exchange API keys?
Yes. The service uses your keys solely to read trade history, balances and market data: no trading, withdrawals or transfers, ever. Keys are stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM, with a separate encryption key derived for every user) and are never shared with third parties. We recommend creating read-only keys — they are sufficient for every feature.
03Which exchanges does PnLTrack support?
Binance, Bybit, OKX, MEXC, WhiteBIT, BingX, Hyperliquid, plus the Propr prop-trading platform. Bitunix and Blofin are coming soon; the list keeps growing.
04How much does PnLTrack cost? Is it free during the beta?
The service currently runs as a closed beta: after registering by invitation you get free access for the term defined by your invite. After the beta, access will move to subscriptions for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months — terms will be published on the pricing page once payments open.
05How do I get access to PnLTrack?
Submit a request with the “Request access” button on the homepage, or use an invitation from an existing user. Once your request is approved, an invite with a registration link arrives by email.
06Can I use PnLTrack as a mobile app?
Yes. PnLTrack is a PWA: the site installs on iPhone and Android straight from the browser, with no App Store or Google Play. After signing in, open Settings → Account — there is an install card with a step-by-step guide for your platform.
07What does a mentor see in the mentorship program?
Mentorship is voluntary. A mentor sees your statistics in relative terms (percentages, ratios), as well as tickers, direction, prices, quantities and duration of trades. The mentor’s cabinet does not display absolute monetary amounts: no PnL in currency, no commissions, no balances. See the Privacy Policy for details.
08Does PnLTrack use analytics or advertising trackers?
There are no ad networks and no social-media pixels. Google Analytics is used for anonymised usage statistics — you can switch it off at any time in the cookie settings (the analytics cookies are then deleted and collection stops). Beyond that: strictly necessary cookies for signing in, functional records such as your interface language, and Google reCAPTCHA for spam protection on the contact form only. The full list is in the Cookie Policy.
09How do I delete my account and data?
Yourself in the account settings (with email confirmation), or by writing to hello@pnltrack.trade. After deletion, residual copies disappear as backups rotate — as a rule within 30 days.
