Terms of Service

PnLTrack is a trading journal and analytics tool for crypto traders. The Service lets you connect accounts of supported exchanges and prop platforms via read-only API keys, automatically sync your trade history, keep a diary, trading plans and backtests, track habits, analyse your statistics, share selected trades via a public link, and take part in the mentorship program.

The Service is not an exchange, a broker or a financial institution. We do not hold your funds, have no access to them, and never execute any trading operations on your behalf.

The Service currently operates as a closed beta: registration is possible by invitation or after an access request is approved.

• By registering you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
• You provide a valid email address and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your password and two-factor authentication credentials safe.
• You are responsible for all activity performed under your account.

We recommend enabling two-factor authentication in the security settings.

To sync your trade history the Service uses API keys that you add yourself. Create keys with read-only permissions — that is sufficient for every feature of the Service.

• You warrant that you are the lawful owner of the exchange accounts whose keys you add.
• The Service uses your keys solely to read trade history, balances and market data.
• The Service never executes trades, withdrawals or transfers of funds.
• Keys are stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM) and are never shared with third parties.

If you add a key with trading or withdrawal permissions, you do so at your own risk. We recommend replacing such a key with a read-only one.

After registration you get a free period of use: a trial (30 days by default) or the access period defined by your invitation or promo code. Full access is then available by subscription for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. Current prices will be published on the pricing page once payments open.

Payments are made in cryptocurrency via a third-party payment provider (WhitePay). We do not receive or store your wallet or card credentials — only the transaction data passed by the provider (amount, status, identifier). During the closed beta some payment options may not be available yet, and access may be granted via invitations or promo codes.

When a paid period ends, the account switches to a limited mode: access to trade history for the last 30 days and syncing of only one (the first added) API key. Your data is not deleted.

Payments for subscription periods are non-refundable, except in cases of technical error (for example, a double charge or a payment that was not credited). In that case contact us at hello@pnltrack.trade.

You may upload screenshots and add notes, comments, tags, trading plans and other materials. You retain all rights to your content.

By uploading content you warrant that you are entitled to do so and that the content does not violate the law or the rights of third parties. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to store, process and display this content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

We may remove content that violates these Terms or the law.

Participation in the mentorship program is voluntary. By connecting with a mentor you grant them access to your trading statistics, tickers, direction and duration of trades, trading plans, comments and ratings.

The mentor’s cabinet displays your statistics in relative terms (percentages, ratios), without absolute monetary amounts. See the Privacy Policy for details.

To end a mentorship early, contact your mentor or support (hello@pnltrack.trade).

“Share” features create public pages accessible to anyone who has the link. You decide which trades, trading plans or trading days to publish and you are responsible for the consequences of such publication.

A link to a set of trades or to a trading plan can be revoked at any time — the page becomes unavailable after that. A trading-day link stays active once created, so publish it thoughtfully.

• Attempting unauthorised access to the Service or to other users’ data.
• Interfering with the operation of the Service, including excessive automated load or scraping.
• Using API keys that belong to someone else without a lawful right to do so.
• Uploading malicious, abusive or illegal content.
• Impersonating another person; transferring or reselling access to your account.

Violation of these rules may lead to suspension or termination of your account.

The Service, its source code, design, logos and texts belong to PnLTrack or are used on a lawful basis and are protected by intellectual property law. Copying, modifying or distributing elements of the Service without our written consent is prohibited.

All information in the Service — statistics, analytics, charts, AI-advisor hints — is provided for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute investment, financial, legal or tax advice.

Trading cryptocurrencies and derivatives involves a high level of risk. Make trading decisions yourself and never risk funds you cannot afford to lose.

Data received from exchanges may arrive with delays or inaccuracies. The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of uninterrupted operation or absence of errors.

To the extent permitted by law, PnLTrack is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service, including trading losses, loss of data or lost profit.

You agree to indemnify PnLTrack for losses caused by your violation of these Terms or of third-party rights, including reasonable legal costs.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service in case of a violation of these Terms, legal requirements, or a threat to the security of the Service or its users.

You may stop using the Service at any time. You can delete your account and the data associated with it yourself in the settings (with email confirmation) or by writing to hello@pnltrack.trade — the procedure is described in the Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms. The current revision is always available on this page together with its revision date. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. We will additionally announce material changes by email or an in-app notification.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes are resolved through negotiations and, failing agreement, in the manner prescribed by the laws of Ukraine.
