Binance trading journal with automatic futures sync
PnLTrack turns your Binance Futures history into a trading journal you never have to fill in by hand. Connect a read-only API key once — trades then sync about every minute as positions with entry and exit prices, PnL, fees and funding.
- Futures
- API key + secret
- Read-only access
- Syncs every ~1 min
What syncs from Binance
- Binance Futures trades (spot trades are not synced)
- Long and short positions built from your fills
- Entry and exit prices and PnL
- Fees and funding, counted separately from the result

- Leave only Enable Reading switched on, then copy the API Key and the Secret Key.
In PnLTrack
- Create a free PnLTrack account with email or Google — or log in.
- Open Settings → API keys and click Add key.
- Pick Binance — the market is set automatically.
- Name the connection, paste the API key and secret key, and click Connect.
- Done: trades sync automatically, about every minute.
Is it safe?
PnLTrack uses your Binance key only to read trade history, balances and market data — never to trade, withdraw or transfer. Keys are stored encrypted with AES-256-GCM, using a separate encryption key derived for each user. A read-only key is all PnLTrack needs.
Binance: frequently asked questions
Does PnLTrack sync Binance spot trades?
No. For Binance, PnLTrack syncs Futures only, so spot trades won’t appear in the journal. Futures and spot together are synced from Bybit, OKX, MEXC and BingX.
Which permissions does the Binance API key need?
Only Enable Reading. Leave everything else off: PnLTrack reads trade history, balances and market data and never trades, withdraws or transfers.
Why can’t I create an API key on Binance?
Binance lets you create API keys only after you turn on 2FA, complete identity verification and make a deposit of any amount to your Spot Wallet to activate the account.
How quickly do Binance trades appear in the journal?
Once the key is connected, sync runs automatically about every minute. Your fills are grouped into long and short positions with entry and exit prices, PnL, fees and funding.
