How to connect Hyperliquid
On Hyperliquid
- Open Hyperliquid and connect the wallet you trade with.
- Copy that wallet’s address (0x…) — the main address you sign in with.
- Don’t use an API wallet address from Hyperliquid’s API page or a sub-account address: they connect without an error but show 0 trades.
In PnLTrack
- Create a free PnLTrack account with email or Google — or log in.
- Open Settings → API keys and click Add key.
- Pick Hyperliquid — the market is set automatically.
- Name the connection, paste the wallet address (0x…) and click Connect. There is no secret field.
- Done: trades sync automatically, about every minute.
Is it safe?
PnLTrack needs only your public wallet address — never a private key or seed phrase, and it will never ask for them. With an address, PnLTrack can only read your trades, balance and funding; it cannot trade, withdraw or transfer.
Hyperliquid: frequently asked questions
I connected Hyperliquid but see 0 trades and a 0 balance. Why?
Almost always it’s the wrong address. Paste the main address of the wallet you sign in to Hyperliquid with. An API wallet address (from Hyperliquid’s API page) or a sub-account address connects without any error, but PnLTrack then reads an empty account: 0 trades, 0 balance. Delete that connection in Settings → API keys and add your main address.
Do I need a Hyperliquid API key?
No. Hyperliquid account data can be read by wallet address, so PnLTrack asks only for the address. API wallets on Hyperliquid exist only to sign orders — your trade history isn’t stored under their address.
Is it safe to give PnLTrack my wallet address?
Yes. A wallet address is public and only lets PnLTrack read your trading data — it can’t move funds. Never share your private key or seed phrase: PnLTrack will never ask for them.
Does PnLTrack sync Hyperliquid spot trades?
No. For Hyperliquid, PnLTrack syncs perps only, together with their fees and funding.
